I see people compare, once they start comparing they go on comparing almost everything. Comparison is one of the causes of tension, because competition comes from comparision and eventually people get ambitious. Once a person becomes competitive there is no end to it.
Henry Ford, one of the most successful man who rose from the poverty to be one of the most richest man in the world was and still is concieved as one of the wisest man in the world, his one liners and small statements made, a lot of sense. He was the first person who had the courage to say "History is bunk" and to me this statement is true.
He was asked " What have you learned through your successful life ?"
Henry ford Said " Through all my successful life, I have learned only one thing, I have learned to climb ladders and staircases and when i reach the last rung of ladder i feel stupid and so embarrassed, because there is no longer anywhere to go.
Once you reach the top you are stuck, you cannot get down because that looks falling back and as you are at the topmost rung of the ladder you cannot go ahead also."
The Presidents, the Prime Ministers the Chairmen of the companies just feel stuck. Now they know there is only one thing that can happen the fall.
Is this the right kind of life ?
People go on climbing ladders, they compete with everyone and ultimately they are stuck and they cling to the last rung so nobody can tack them avry. This is insane.
The whole earth is full of insane people. If you want to be sane, first be yourself, accept yourself as you are, accept yourself with simplicity.
This is a gift of existence to you, feel grateful and start exploring yourself, for what can help you grow as you are - Do not become a carbon copy of someone else, just remain your original self .
There is no pleasure greater than to be your original face.
